Manolo Bardeguez, one of Helicon’s geotechnical consultants, evaluated my home & property over concerns of erosion/drainage issues potentially compromising my home.
He was very thorough & knowledgeable. He was professional & reliably on time. After his evaluation, he made some recommendations for improving the erosion & drainage issues concerning my of water my property. He confirmed there was no structural damage & certainly allayed my concerns for potential water drainage & damage.
