OUR VISION
Home Improvement That Is Easier for Everyone
At TheHomeMag, we believe improving a home should feel as rewarding as living in one; simple, trusted, and maybe even a little fun.
This vision has propelled TheHomeMag from the early days of publishing in one market to a national home improvement media company.
Today, TheHomeMag connects homeowners and home pros through print, digital, email, and trusted local market expertise built around one promise:
Clear the Path to Make it Easy
OUR STORY
Built on Belief
In 2002, Sean and Debbie Campbell saw an opportunity in Southwest Florida: homeowners needed a better way to find trusted local home improvement pros, and local businesses needed a better way to reach the right homeowners.
They launched TheHomeMag with one magazine, one market, and a simple belief that guides us: home improvement should feel easier, more trusted, and more connected for everyone involved.
Today, TheHomeMag is a national home improvement media company, serving local markets across the country.
But even as we’ve grown, the heart of the business has stayed personal. For more than 20 years, TheHomeMag has been founder-led, people-first, and built around the relationships between homeowners, pros, and the local teams who serve them.

OUR COMMITMENT
TheHomeMag and Sustainability
While a print magazine might seem like an unlikely sustainability story, we take it seriously, and so do our manufacturing and print partners.
Replenishing the ecosystem
For every tree used in the production of our magazines, TheHomeMag plants two in its place. Our magazine is also 100% recyclable, even though it is printed on glossy paper.
Certified sustainable printing
Our printing partners are committed to environmental stewardship, holding FSC and SFI certifications. Ink used is made from corn, soy, and linseed oils — no petroleum or animal oils.
98% solvent recovery
Our printers achieve a 98% solvent recovery rate — well above the EPA’s 92% requirement. This means harmful waste emissions are captured and treated before they leave the facilities.
USPS green delivery
USPS operates the world’s largest alternative-fuel vehicle fleet and has implemented comprehensive recycling programs, processing over 200,000 tons of waste annually.
RECOGNITION
