The customer service is excellent. They came out to do a free estimate. Communication to order the glass for my window was excellent. I received a call a week before installation that my glass was shipped. The workers who installed the glass were excellent.
Trust this company to get the job done.

So thankful we found Alex’s Door Repair. Had doors installed by a company that went out of business and did not complete the work. Alex’s stepped in to order remaining parts and completed the work. The crews were polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for your door and window needs.

I already responded to this request last week and, without getting into the particulars as I did earlier, I was very pleased with the service.

We are totally satisfied with the quality staff and products that Alex's Sliding Glass Doors used in replacing the doors to our Outside screened porch overlooking the Manatee River! A staff of 4 arrived on time, replaced our older doors with the New One's in less than 2 hours, and cleaned and replaced the funiture that had to be moved to put the doors in. We Will Always Use Alex's Sliding Glass Doors where needed...
