I had a wonderful experience with the whole process from picking out custom drapes with Shari Jones to the installation! Shari helped me narrow the style, colors and texture down to each room. She took her time and I never felt rushed.
The installers, Carl and Davey were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented. They took their time to make sure every panel was hung perfectly, evenly spaced, and beautifully finished.

This was one of the best, most pleasantly surprising services I've ever experienced. Joanna came precisely on time & worked-up my measurements & estimate within fifteen minutes. That was fantastic; however, it only got better from there. My shades arrived just as predicted and are beautiful; installation was accomplished within .5 hour and that was it. Fantastic service & superior product. I can't recommend highly enough.
