My first appointment went smoothly. We agreed on a price, and everything was completed within an hour. We were informed that we would receive a phone call from another team member to obtain precise measurements and discuss placements. This knowledgeable member came up with an idea that we agreed upon. However, a week later we decided to change those options and layout, and surprisingly, it was not a problem.

Very happy with our shades! We basically have a new room. Amir was our sales guy. Jose and Pancho were the installers. Top notch! The whole process was smooth. Installation occurred in one day. Pancho and Jose left the area very clean and Jose showed me the shade specifics and helped me with the Bond Bridge connection. We are set! I’m sitting on the porch as I write this. Cheers 🥃😎
