10/10 customer service. My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting with Lisa at the Scottsdale location. She was fantastic. Very friendly, informative, helped guide us in our decision making, without feeling rushed at all. We will definitely be purchasing a spa here in the near future!

Lisa was absolutely wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure the spa was delivered within the right timeframe and helped coordinate everything, including finding great electricians to get the setup completed. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciate all of her support and would highly recommend her to anyone. Lisa is fantastic! I had an old system with a decrepit cover and now I am getting a Sundance optima with a Covana automated cover, speakers, privacy screen. Spectacular. I didn’t know such luxury in spas was possible!!!
