This team was excellent. Adrian, who is the owner of the company paid personal attention to make sure that we were all very happy with the outcome. As in any construction project, there were many ups and downs, but Adrian made sure that all things were covered in a conscientious way. I would use his company again for future construction.

Adrian and his crew were always very communicative and friendly. We hired them to begin remodeling our basement, starting off with redoing the stairs, adding an egress, and replacing the original windows. Once the project started, they moved quickly and efficiently to get it completed. They constantly kept us in the loop as to the progress and what to expect. We highly recommend A M Leech and will be working with them for future projects.

2024 basement remodel with AM Leech, including bedroom, office, bathroom, and laundry room. Adrian and Jim and entire crew were friendly, highly skilled, communicative, prompt, and honest. Easy permitting process that they took care of, and all of their sub-contractors such as electrical and plumbing were at the same level of high standards as AM Leech. They were willing to troubleshoot, change gears as needed, and were all around responsive to our needs. Highly recommend.
