Update. I had an issue and was prepared to have a service rep come out. But Chris at tech support at spa manufacturers suggested that I do something myself, and it saved me a lot of money, and it worked. And he walked me right through it. Fantastic customer service and thank you Chris.

Amazing customer service, from ordering to delivery. The process was very smooth and pleasant. We had a small leak, it was fixed quickly, spa manufacturers handled the entire process. And the swim spa is high quality. I will definitely enjoy this one for years! Don’t hesitate, just do !!!!
