I purchased tub a year ago with no issues until I came out and my tub not would not come on. Called SM on the weekend and first thing Monday my call was returned. They scheduled tech working with my schedule and when tech "Jeff" came out he showed me the bad sensor with advise, switched part within 10 minutes and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Was very impressed. Thank you.

At 73 I can be difficult to please. Spa Mfg will actually answer their phone. Pre delivery instructions are very easy and hookup after delivery went almost perfect however we had made an electrical error that Chris walked up through easily. Everything w Spa Manufacturer's is positive. Great product and I would do business w them again. 5 star company.
