Everything was exactly done according to what was contracted for. Very nice folks to work with and we love what they did and can’t wait to start enjoying our closed in Lani.

Hired Sauer & Sons Construction after hearing great reviews from fellow Villagers. What a great experience from start to finish. My front door screen entry was professionally installed and looks amazing. Everyone I spoke to was professional and provided straight forward information about time frame and the install.I would higher these guys again for small to large projects for your home.

I had the back yard porch of my dreams built by this company. Its everything i dreamed for years it would be! The entire team was extremely professional. They went above and beyond to make me happy. They answered any queations i had pre build... and followed up after the fact with any concerns i had. Would definitely recommend this company if your looking for an amazing patio like mine :) *****

Sauer and Sons changed my screened in lanai to a Florida room. From the onset, they were exceptional! The communication was spot on-Amanda ALWAYS kept me in the loop. They were always there when I expected them from the initial estimate to the finished product. I am very happy and recommend them highly!
