Left message on website, got back to me in no time. When I went in Nexyt remembered talking to me, showed me what I was interested in which was a hot tub. Went home thought about it and ordered one within 2hrs, was delivered in 4 days, set up and everything was explained to my satisfaction. Fernando and his helper did a wonderful job. Thank you.
