Today I spoke with the General Manager, Justin, and he resolved the pricing concerns on a new unit. He offered to credit the full amount of our previous repair costs toward the purchase of the new system and apologized for the incorrect initial quote. He reduced the price of the new unit by several thousand dollars, and we are satisfied with that revised pricing. His professionalism and willingness to address the issue directly made...

Eric initially checked my 19yo Trane A/C on a Saturday and found major issues with the coils; offered 2 options and since the repair was over 1/2 the cost for a complete new Trane 4 ton unit - we decided new was the smartest option. Paul completed the install solo the next day and John wrapped up on Monday. Solid effort and great price - I would highly recommend Velocity.

Tony is hands down AMAZING. Not only were we having an issue with our AC but it was bigger than what we had thought and Tony very kindly had explained everything. He explained exactly what was wrong, showed us even how we can prevent future issues for ourselves. His humor and banter was also great, 10/10 recommend.
