About The Butcher Block/The Barrel Guy
The Barrel Guy Store is a veteran / family owned business. The "Barrel Guy", Ron, grew up in Kentucky's Bourbon and Horse Country. He started the business in his backyard in 2016. It has since grown to a 5,000 sq. ft operation in Port Richey, Florida. Ron's daughter, Jennifer, and grandson, Cameron, round out this management staff. We specialize in custom-made "anything from a barrel" furniture, and anything else you can think of. We also have a large inventory of live edge slabs. We utilize a variety of wood, slate, and authentic used bourbon barrels to create unique pieces that are spectacular in person.

Extremely happy with The Barrel Guy. We wanted a custom countertop for a camper project and The Barrel Guy team did not disappoint. They were extremely helpful in showing us the different wood, stain, and finish options, and cut holes for us so we could finish our project without any hassle. We received our finished product the same week we made our order. No need for a big box store like Home Depot that costs...

Beautiful custom furniture! We were looking for a tabletop for our barrel, and this was the perfect place to get it. We also picked up a much-needed footrest to put our barrel on, and it really completes the table. It looks amazing! Thank you Ron! We will be back for more items.

AMAZING SERVICE!!!
I go to Ron for all my barrels, butcher block, cutting boards and his amazing live edge section. Knowledgeable, friendly and the absolute lowest prices in Florida. (Trust me I searched) My experience has led me back time and time again for business needs and specialized gifts for friends and family. Their custom work is second to none.

We recently hosted a surprise 50th birthday party and rented four whiskey barrels from The Barrel Guy (Ron Jackson), and they were perfect! Customer service was fantastic from start to finish.
I live a bit far from the pickup location, and for a small additional fee Ron delivered and picked up the barrels, which made everything so easy. The barrels were exactly as described and were the perfect addition to our party décor.
