My first service with Remedy Heating &Cooling, Elijah was on time very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all mi question and gave me a good explanation of the service he was providing. So far so good.

My Trane system needed a new evaporator coil. I waited 2 weeks for another Trane dealer to get the part and they still could not get me a delivery date when I contacted Remedy. They confirmed they could get it in 3-5 days and paid express shipping on their own dime to get it that fast. They also honored my third party warranty for labor and gas which would have cost me about $3000 more...

The folks we purchased our AC system from decided to exit the residential space. We were still owed one more PM we had paid for. Remedy has taken over these contracts.
From the moment I first spoke to the Remedy rep on the phone through setting up the PM visit to the tech himself (on time!) when he came out the interactions have been a dream. The follow ups via email both before and after...
