This was the best experience I have had with online service. Melissa Vandermaas, Customer Care Manager, to say she was great would be a discredit to how much she helped me. She made sure I knew everything about what was happening with my project. Also, the team that came out did a wonderful job and explained the process. The door looks amazing with the insert.
