Dan was great. He kept me informed as to what he was finding as he went through his step-by-step process to isolate the problem; ruling-out issues with certain components as he went along. Came down to the capacitor and maybe the fan, but after replacing the capacitor he showed me how all the fan readings were within spec, so nothing extra was needed.

Air 24/7 installed our unit 6 years ago and I had to call because our condenser had stopped working. Conner Vallee was the tech assigned to our job and he promptly identified the problem. He got the ball rolling on the repair process. He arrived on time, was professional and personable; a real pleasure to work with.
What impressed me even more was when I mentioned that my parents were shopping for a new system....
