I am so glad I used Hometown to upgrade my exterior door. I could not have asked for a better installer team: highly skilled, extremely professional, very efficient, and very pleasant. They were able to remediate previous water infiltration with new subfloor and reinforced rim joist, and they were smoothly able to increase the framed opening to accommodate a 8' ProVia Signet door (which looks and functions fantastically).

If I could give more than five stars, I would.
Hometown serviced two patio slider doors for me. One was an IGU replacement (single glass panel on the door) and the other was a whole door replacement. Top notch service went above and beyond my expectations.
I had concerns about them tearing down trim I had just put up and painted. They didn't even touch it. Instead, they went from the other side and installed...

Hometown windows and doors were beyond our expectations from start to finish! Sarah customer service manager was extremely helpful. She moved up the install time to accommodate us, thank you! Our installer Rex was incredible, he worked non stop, was very meticulous and took pride with the install. His work ethic, professionalism, dedication to his craft is amazing. Don’t forget the clean up,!! never knew there was an install everything was spotless when he left....
