Exceptional service from the start. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Caden and Clay did the initial assessment and were thorough, professional and very friendly. Caden showed up with Tony for the repairs and I received the same professionalism. Caden walked me through everything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting quality work done. I’d leave 6 stars if I could.

The Chimney Guys arrived as planned, detailed the steps involved, and allowed me to watch as they scoped out my chimney. I also saw the pictures of the outside and possible problem areas with my fireplace.
The estimate was well explained and clear, even highlighting what was good about my chimney's condition.
The technicians were friendly, courteous, and careful. I definitely recommend calling them.

Rod & Tony took longer than expected to repair our woodburner's stove pipe simply because they wanted it done correctly. ✔️ They are thorough professionals who worked well together and were respectful of my home & property.

Very polite. Respectful of property. Adam and Alex did a very thorough job and were patient with me as they answered every question I had and explained every step. Michelle gave me a call shortly after they left to check and make sure that I had no further question. 100% would recommend and definitely putting them on the calendar for service next fall
