Alex and Eric provided excellent, thorough service, keeping me informed on their arrival time and even offering to pick up a coffee for me on their way over! They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly during the chimney inspections. The prices were also reasonable, so I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Wonderful technicians from Chimney Guys! Aaron took his time to educate and explain everything to us. Thank you for recognizing my husbands military service as well. If I need anything at all done with chimneys, these guys are my first call from here on out.

Exceptional service from the start. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Caden and Clay did the initial assessment and were thorough, professional and very friendly. Caden showed up with Tony for the repairs and I received the same professionalism. Caden walked me through everything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting quality work done. I’d leave 6 stars if I could.

The Chimney Guys arrived as planned, detailed the steps involved, and allowed me to watch as they scoped out my chimney. I also saw the pictures of the outside and possible problem areas with my fireplace.
The estimate was well explained and clear, even highlighting what was good about my chimney's condition.
The technicians were friendly, courteous, and careful. I definitely recommend calling them.

Rod & Tony took longer than expected to repair our woodburner's stove pipe simply because they wanted it done correctly. ✔️ They are thorough professionals who worked well together and were respectful of my home & property.
