So far, the finished concrete looks wonderful, and I am very pleased with the appearance of the work. Unfortunately, the follow-up communication after the initial payment has been extremely disappointing. I emailed two different company email addresses with questions concerning the PVC and dirt and never received a response from either one. I finally had to contact the salesman directly and forward him a copy of the email just to get the matter brought to...
