We had a warranty issue with our roof which required us to obtain estimates from a couple of different roofing companies. The whole process took several months as we worked through the warranty issue. Ryan Kane from J&K Roofing was so helpful during the process, checking in frequently to offer help or suggestions. Once the roof replacement was approved, Ryan worked very hard to ensure that every detail of the project was performed on time....

We had such a great experience from start to finish. Colin did an amazing job keeping us informed every step of the way. The crew did excellent work, took great care of our property, and the clean up afterward was perfect. Colin even stopped by after the project was complete to make sure everything looked great and that we were happy with the results.

The project crew were also great - our supplies were delivered within the promised timeframe, the crew were on time each day and hard working. The...

Additionally, I expressed my concert about screws and nails that might remain on the ground near the garage (I've had a previous roofing experience at another property where my car got a flat because of the...

I called J&K Roofing to ask about a downspout drainage issue. Although it turned out to be outside their scope of work, Tim went above and beyond to help me anyway. He spent a significant amount of time on the phone reviewing videos I sent and walked me through a solid plan to resolve the issue.
Most companies would simply say "we don't do that" and end the call, but Tim essentially offered free expert...
