We had the pleasure of working with both David and Jacob who replaced our front door and porch columns. They did an incredible job at a very reasonable and transparent price. The entire job was completed in a day and looks perfect. We have done several remodels on our home and they have been the easiest to work with by far. Would highly recommend.

Excellent company! Wonderful to work with and just an a great team of professionals. Highly recommended for any remodeling project you may have in mind. We recently remodeled an exercise room, bathroom and windows and are very happy with the results.

I can't say enough about the wonderful job that Modern did for our kitchen renovation! First and foremost, David, Jacob and their entire team are such a pleasure to work with. Came every day with a smile and calmness, no matter how challenging some things got. In the initial steps of the project, they sat with us to get a clear understanding of our requirements and challenges. But before any quotes where thrown out for...

Modern Restoration did a fantastic job on two projects recently completed on our home - a complete front entrance /door replacement and custom cedar siding work. Everything from the initial estimate to the final cleanup was completed in a quality manner, on time, and within budget. Their experienced team took great pride in their work and great care in preventing damage and thorough cleanup. In the eight years of projects on this house, we haven’t...
